Shipping
We offer standard freight of $7.95 for web orders of physical books within Australia (or to Australian addresses).
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. For a further breakdown of estimated delivery times, please see below. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page. Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
Please note, it is important to take into account that it may take longer to receive your order due to circumstances outside our control, such as natural disasters or transport disruptions. Should you have special delivery instructions, please ensure you note these in the "Order Comments" box as you place your order. These will be passed onto the courier, however Blake eLearning is not liable for orders once they leave the premises.
Australian Orders
Orders to Sydney, Brisbane, Melbourne and NSW country addresses will take approximately 3-5 business days*. Orders to Victoria country and Queensland country addresses will take approximately 4 business days*. Orders to Perth addresses will take approximately 5 business days*. For WA country addresses, please allow an additional 2–3 business days for delivery*.
New Zealand Orders
All New Zealand orders under $200 incur a flat rate postage and handling fee of $15.00. Orders are usually delivered within 15 business days*.
International Orders
We currently do not ship to other international addresses. However, feel free to visit one of our websites in your local area.

Returns Policy
You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
